Beyond the group life with the Bedouins and the fascinating discovery of the desert, here are some examples of practices that can be proposed:
Passive and active meditations (meditations where you are invited to move, to dance actively and bring you progressively from an agitated state to immobility and silence). Passive meditations are a practice requiring more training and to facilitate them a guidance is often proposed.
Ecstatic nocturnal dance in the desert: a delightful way to free your energy and let the creativity present in you!
Walk and night watch in a canyon, where magic takes its place
Powershaking: your body vibrates intensely from je feet to je head. Blockages evaporate through exhalation
Vision Quest: an encounter with yourself in conditions of simplified life
These practices are possible to all, even without any prior knowledge or experience.
You are always free to participate or not.
They are pleasant and lead to relaxation and deep inner relaxation.
You are invited to practice them with respect for what you feel in your body.
We will also pay attention to breathing, an essential key to get into ourselves.
The choice among the many practices rests on what is possible and beneficial for everyone in the group as a whole.
These common practices are done in the morning before lunch and/or in the evening after the meal. The day is devoted to meals and to the discovery of the beauties of the desert.
This trip includes 3 nights at the hotel in Dahab and 6 nights / 8 days in the desert. This breakdown can be adjusted according to the time of arrival and departure at the airport
